In recent years there have been a number of high profile prizefighters who have tested positive for banned substances. James Toney, Fernando Vargas, and Ricardo Mayorga, as well as lesser sorts like Orlando Salido and Omar Nino, are just some of the individuals that have been caught with various illegal substances in their system.
But the bigger crime that they may have committed (for themselves, anyway) is getting caught by a system that is so easy to defeat and manipulate. And this doesn't just apply to the sport of professional boxing.
